This is an excellent book for younger children (5 -10 years), their parents and other adults who work with them. It gives clear explanation of ADHD and some of the difficulties children with this condition have to contend with. The authors use cartoons and checklists to help children identify the things they have problems with and give clear self-help ideas as to how to overcome these. There are also ideas for adults to use to help the child to succeed in carrying out the solutions and to achieve their own goals.
Brilliantly written fun an most of all an ideal book to help children learn for themselves without realising they are working at things.
