This report looks at the family life and work life in particular of fathers and how they can have an effect on a father's relationship with teenagers.
Looking at the need for legislation to help parents combine work and home life and how fathers in particular can manage their conflicts which occur between book and home and effects on the family as a whole. The power using sample surveys and interviews the study looked at the role which is perceived as the role of provider not only by the male at also from the children and interactions of fathers and their relationships and the family.
In conclusion the report authors suggest ways how those who make policies can help promote positive relationships.
