I liked the CDs of the little monsters because they are very funny and I enjoyed play them over and over again. There are 16 titles on the other little monsters CDs.
GROWN - UP GABBY
My other favourite little monster is called GROWN - UP GABBY IN ONCE UPON a TIME.
It is about a girl who thinks she is all grown up and she wants to read adult books but she doesn't really read adult books. She reads a little more older books like ages 7-10 but she can only read books like her own age and her own age is 5 or 6 I think. Gabby goes of to the library and looks at older books like Stanley's day out and other stories. There is also a dictionary and you have to put all the word incorrect order and he will tell you when you have finished because the book closes. When you have finished the book you will get a book token. The whole series look good because it is defiantly like the TV series.

These characters really capture the child's imagination, just look at the names!
The CD-Rom is designed to encourage the child to read the story and then help Ronnie to find what he has lost.
To do this involves solving maths problems and sorting. Also included are assessment print outs which enable parents or teachers to monitor the child's progress and worksheets which can be printed out to re-inforce what is learnt away from the computer.
Excellent programme for younger children but also for those with Learning difficulties. Our Richard loved the programme, he is 18 but has L.D. and this programme kept him amused and he was not prepared to leave until he had completed it. Read his view of the programme above.
