Well it took me three attempts to get the first test correct on the audio CD. The frustration at trying to concentrate on the task in hand was building as the built in distractions really began to annoy. It gave an excellent insight into how a person with ADHD must feel but I just had a snapshot and I knew the end of the tests were coming or I knew I could turn it off. It really made me think about how they must have to live with this all the time. I don't know whether I could cope and it gave me a much greater understanding and appreciation of how difficult it is for ADDers to handle every day life and how much greater their achievements are in the face of such adversity.

The CD comes with an instruction booklet, which is easy to follow to enable you to get the most out of this resource.

I believe this will be an excellent and unique tool to help non adders to understand and appreciate those with ADD/ADHD.
