ADDers.org & ADHD Awareness Week 2010
ADDers.org has applied for and been accepted as a featured partner on the TES (Times Education Supplement) Connect website for the duration of ADHD Awareness Week in the UK. The week runs from 19th to 26th September 2010 and ADDers.org will remain as a featured partner in the Special Needs section for the rest of the month.
It is hoped that this will help to increase awareness of ADHD amongst teachers and assist them in their teaching of our special students. To this end, ADDers.org has supplied 162 free downloadable resources to the Special Needs section of TES Connect. These include information sheets, software, power point displays and flash games.
The world's largest online social network for teachers, the TES Connect website is used by thousands of schools and colleges in the UK, with over 700,000 registered users and over 1.3 million monthly visitors.
